How to speed up USB drive

The device for all computer users and most important device s  PENDRIVE/FLASH or USB.
We about all have problem,when we buy a new usb its speed is too slow and data rate
decreased.As we know that data transfer rate is dependent on file's location.
We know if we trasfer data from one folder to other in same computer is takes
less time but when we trasfer data from one PC to other PC it takes very long time
through PENDRIVE.

Now the main point is how to speed up the USB drive and for this you have to change
file system of USB drive into NTFS and also change USB drive's policy in order to speeding up.


follow the following points

1- First you have to plugin your USB drive in computer then right click and format it after
 this all data remover from your USB now you have to select NTFS File system,Quick format
 and click on start.
2- Aftre fomating and converting file system into NTFS,now you have to change the device
 policy and you have to go again properties and cick on hardware Tab then select your
 USB device from the list and click on properties.afer clicking you wil see dialog box,
 so now you have to change settings,then one other dilog box will alo appear,now you have
 to click on policy tab and select better performance,select and click OK.
